Who we are

Information we collect
Newsletter sign-ups
When you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address, the date and time you subscribed, and the page you subscribed from. We use this only to send you the newsletter and to keep a record of your consent.
E-book purchases
When you buy an e-book we store your name, email address, country (if given), the title purchased, the amount, the order and PayPal transaction references, and a record of your downloads. We use this to deliver your purchase, verify your email with a one-time code before each download session, prevent misuse of download links, and keep records required for accounting.
Payments are processed by PayPal. We never receive or store your card or bank details. PayPal’s own privacy statement applies to the information you give them.
Messages you send us
If you email us, for example to join the Nexus, submit a case study, or ask about a book, we use your message and contact details to reply and to follow up on your request.
Technical information
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used to keep the website secure and working properly.
Cookies and analytics
The public website does not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics. A short-lived, strictly necessary cookie is set after you verify your email on a download page, so the download can be matched to your verified session. PayPal may set its own cookies during checkout. Other cookies are only set for site administrators when they sign in to manage the website.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to other websites, including LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and news publications. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us run the website, send email and take payments (PayPal), and only as far as they need it to provide that service, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up. We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter whenever you like. Email ahmad@globalmarketingnexus.com and we will respond as soon as we can.
